With twelve years of rich industry experience, Yuan Tiantian excels particularly in automotive electrical circuits and transmission repairs. In the scorching heat of 2023, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius, a customer unfamiliar with the road conditions ended up on a rural path, causing the car's undercarriage to be trapped by a rock and unable to move. Faced with this emergency, the customer contacted the experience center for emergency rescue services. Upon receiving the task, technician Yuan Tiantian rushed to the scene at the first moment. Under high temperature and complex conditions, he carefully inspected the car's condition and found that in addition to the chassis being scratched by the rock, the brake disc was also damaged by small stones. Since there was no suitable place to use a jack, Technician Yuan decided to manually move the rocks to ensure that the jack could be set up in a stable position. Despite his hands being scratched in the process, he remained without complaint until the car was successfully freed.
